I have a dish that sounds like yours only, while "egg dish" is a good description for use with stuffed egg whites, I think it was meant to be a caviar dish with caviar and its garnishes(chopped egg whites and egg yolks, minced onions, and one or more varieties of caviar. I came online just to look for info on it and found nothing but your remarks! Did you ever find anything or establish a value. Mine is in mint condition and has CH Fields Haviland Limoges on the back. Has small colorful flowers and gold trim. Would love to hear form you or anyone who has info on it.
