I recently discovered "blue garland" at an antique shop where I was told that the pattern goes back to the 1880's...(?) I have come across it referred to as "grocery store" versions and "Traditions" versions and "older" versions. Which of these versions is most desirable? What do I look for? Can I mix and match pieces from different times?
