Within the ribbon is: Philadelphia" on the left, "Paris" in the center, and "New York" on the right. The "W", leaves, and ribbon are green.

We have the very same question. We wonder whether the big green W encircled by leaves and the "Philadelphia Paris New York" ribbon is a large store brand or dealer of Haviland? Any help on what that mark added on the bottom of Theodore (underlined) Haviland china means?
