I found the backmarks (CFH over GDM and C.H.Field Haviland Limoges in a donut) The plates are square and have sea plants and shells in the left corner that are hand painted. In the upper right there is a sea scene. One is of a row boat with figures approaching a dock and in the other there is a sailboat near the rocky shore with a buoy in the foreground. The sea scenes on the two plates are in a circle. These scene are also handpainted.
Does anyone have any information about these? How are they referred to. What is their approximate value?
Thank you,
Edith Gavin
