My mother recently gave me a set of Haviland that has been passed down in her family from her grandmother. She does not know how old the set is and I have been trying to do some research to find out. I used the Schleiger books to identify the pattern as "Albany" (Schleiger 107A). I am trying to use the information about back marks on this web site to determine the age. One of the marks appears to be "Mark I" in the Haviland & CIE manufactures mark section. However, this marks seems to be the same as "Mark Q" in the Theodore Haviland 1892-1967-Blanks section. Is there any way to disinguish these two marks?

The decorator mark is similiar to "Mark i", but is in English. The mark appears to be the same as the one displayed on this web site as the back plate for Schleiger 42 E.(havilandonline.com/images/SAback2.jpg)
Do the brackets by the dates on the chart indicate when it was printed in English and in French? I would appreciate any help that anyone could give me in figuring out how old this set is.
