Hand painted plate "Twinkle" Kasuga Japan

I have a 7 3/4" Plate with the marking on the back that says 'Twinkle Kasuga Japan Hand-painted' Twinkle and Hand-painted are in script. I can find nothing about it on the web. Any ideas of age or worth?
